Why Internship?
The objective of any internship training is to enhance the skills of the intern and help him/her to acquire the missing skills under the supervision of experts. Thousands of students are graduating every year and there are ample job opportunities in the industry but only a handful of them are getting the right job. The reason is that the corporate are looking for candidates who can be job ready form day one and hence only a degree from a reputed university is not enough. The candidates need to be employable.
It is helplessly noted that students after graduation are just students with a degree certificate and are not employable as our education system is basically THEORY-CENTRIC. They study only the university syllabus for all the years during their entire Bachelor or Master program.
In today’s fast paced competitive world, university education needs to be more than just book study. But due to many reasons it is not possible. This is the main reason why Internship has become so important in a student's career. Emphasis should be laid on ‘Hands on experience’. At the end of the internship, the intern should be a confident, competent, and be job ready to such an extent such that the company offering the internship should be willing to absorb them.
To add to this cause of training the fresher to make them job ready, Quaarc Solutions Training Division is offering 'Iternship Program' for 6 months duration and the selection is based on the knowledge level and grasping ability of the candidate. Few companies offer internship program where the student has to work independently and they do not need to pay any charges. In such cases it depends upon the candidates whether he is able to learn by self. In many cases it ends up in having a trainee certificate without proper knowledge. But in Quaarc Solutions we don't entertain internship where the candidate is left on his own.
Our internship program is a mosaic of Training for the first half of the duration and supervised working for the remaining time. The candidates who join our program will 100% be employable at the end of the internship program. As training is given by our software engineers, our internship program involves a cost which has to be borne by the candidate. The candidates of course are given a nominal stipend during the second half of the internship program.
The candidates who complete the internship program may be absorbed in our company if there is a requirement at that point of time based on their performance during the tenure of the internship program.
